When should I contact support?

The extension isn’t showing on YouTube. What should I try first?
First, check that the IsThisClickbait extension is installed and visible in your browser toolbar. Then make sure you’re logged in and refresh the YouTube tab. If it still doesn’t appear, send us a message with your browser name and a short description of what you see.

Why is the summary not loading on a specific video?
Some videos don’t have a transcript, are private, or are blocked by region, so the extension has little or nothing to read. Try running the extension on another public video to see if it works there. If the problem happens on many videos, contact us with a link so we can check it on our side.

How fast do you usually reply?
